BABYTEETH on herkkä ja koskettava draama perheestä, jonka teini-ikäinen tytär Milla on vakavasti sairas. Kun Milla alkaa hengailla itseään useamman vuoden vanhemman pahan pojan Moseksen kanssa, ei vanhemmilta riitä suhteelle ymmärrystä. Moses kuitenkin onnistuu sytyttämään Millan kateissa olleen elämänjanon ja vanhemmat joutuvat punnitsemaan uudelleen sitä, mikä Millalle – ja koko perheelle – onkaan lopulta tärkeintä. Perheen elämänilo tuntuu pulppuavan tragedian äärellä kirkkaampana ja voimakkaampana kuin milloinkaan.Katkeransuloisessa perhetarinassa Millan roolissa loistaa nouseva tähti Eliza Scanlen (Pikkunaisia, Sharp Objects) ja tämän vanhempina nähdään Ben Mendelsohn (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Animal Kingdom) ja Essie Davis (Game of Thrones, The Babadook). The Telegraph luonnehti viiden tähden kritiikissään kaikkia neljää roolisuoritusta järisyttäviksi.

Elokuva on saanut Suomen elokuvasäätiön maahantuontitukea 2020.
